    Can’t create WMV files

    i’ve this error while try to record screen : Can’t create WMV files. WM Asf Filter is not installed. what i can do?

    i’ve see the link show in last post and i’ve make all there is suggest, but program have the same error. I’ve installed Pinnacle studio and i’ve see in the post that other user found problem with this software. There is a solution without remove Pinnacle???

        Currently there is a littler conflict with Pinnacle Studio, we have not find out the problem yet.
        I recommend you to uninstall both of them, then install Pinnacle Studio first and then install our software.
        It maybe work well.
