    Cannot take a screenshot

    I’m trying to take a screenshot of a portion of a website. However, each time I attempt it, the screenshot goes behind the browser and tries to take a snapshot of my screensaver.  How do I fix this, please?

    Dear User, do you mean the program only screenshot the screensaver instead of any websites or it cannot screenshot a certain website? Situation that the website content which is under copyright protection cannot be screen captured is also into consideration. Please kindly tell us in more details so that we can check it for you.     When I select Regional Screenshot, my browser and every window I have open just vanishes from the screen. All I see is my screensaver and the option to choose the screenshot. This is an image of my screenshot:
