Please help me activate my VIP account or tell me why I am unable to do it
I purchased it online this morning
I can’t find anywhere a menu that will allow me to add the activation code sent by email
I signed in numerous times and followed the activation menu/link
I received 3 verification codes while attempting but without success because the menu keeps freezing or stubbornly takes me back to the previous page after inputting the 4-digit activation code received by email
this has been very frustrating! Why is it not straight forward?
Please advise
Is there a direct helpline/ phone number that you can provide for further assistance if needed?
