    Incomplete Activation

    After a brief trial evaluation I upgraded to the full VIP version (listed as LifeTime in the License Type field). After activation, the settings dialog is exactly the same with very limited choices for video settings among other things. The Activation FAQs recommend logging out and back in—however there doesn’t appear to be any obvious way to log out from within the application or on the web page. Tutorials do not address this problem directly. Doesn’t appear to be any way to contact the company for support. Any advice?

    Dear User, please be noted that if you use the existing account email to purchase the VIP, then restart the program and you will notice the VIP icon under account section. As for the activation, it’s for the situtation where you want to transfer the VIP access to a new email, then, you can use this activation to activate a new email, but under such circumstance, the original VIP email account will be disabled.
