Just record part of screen

I am using Apowersoft Screen Recorder.

Unfortunately, only two-thirds of the screen will be recorded when I record screen in full size. that is, 2/3 from the top of the monitor is recorded, the bottom 1/3 you can’t see. Yesterday I’ve noticed, that only the same section was shown, when I connect the TV over HDMI with my Dell. The TV reflects only 2/3 of the top.

Maybe there’s a correlation. The lower portion is missing.

Please give me solutions.

Do you mean when you record full screen, but there is a part screen couldn’t be recorded?

And have you tried to update your display card driver?

Or you need to change your display card settings or output settings.

Hi Jane,

thank you for your patience. The problem is solved.
In “control panel/display settings/” i have changed the size of all elements from middle to large.
Now in the normal settings everything is all right.
