    Hi I just bought this software and I’m not liking the lag spikes when recording my gameplay from iPhone to pc. I found a better software that has no lag and I would love to have my full refund back on my credit card please. Thank you if anything you can email me at xavierlesane3@outlook.com

        To avoid lag, you can go to “Settings”->”Options”->”Recording”->”Advanced video settings”, then check “Enable accessible mode” and choose “Performance Priority” before recording.

        Sorry, if you are using iOS Recorder, you can try to lower down display quality in “Options” to make the mirroring more smooth. You can also contact our support email: support@apowersoft.com for quick help.

    SAME PROBLEM! RECORDING FROM IPHONE AND I PAD AND WHEN I AM WATCHING ON LAPTOP ITS LAGGING VERY BADLY! DONT SEE THE REASON TO PAY FOR THIS! PLENTY PROGRAMS WITH LAGGING FOR FREE!!!!
    HOW CAN I GET REFUND PLEASE!!!

    I tried to scan my phone to retrieve lost videos, but it was not detected.  I think the videos are lost by now, and I wasn’t even able to get the program to work. I would probably like a refund.

    LightMV send me with you to bought a subscription for a better benefit and i bought it, but now i see that LightMv are not associate with you and i can not use those “benefits” and i want my cash back.
    what can i do to request the refund?

    So after having to login 3 times to comment on this thread, I’d like to give a little feedback. Purchased this software this morning because it claims to have ipad mirroring for pc…come to find out it’s only for wifi….not what I was lead to believe from the advert. I would simply like to cancel my sub and get my money back. Instead of all these politely unhelpful suggestions, you guys could just fix your account page so it’s easy to cancel. Either you’re a bad company that’s trying to frustrate people into leaving money on the table or you fix this.
