    To Whom It may concern;


    I purchased your program last friday. it was the second program i purchased. it did not recover the information i needed, nor was there tech support to help me once i found it did not work. I have purchased another program with tech support and they are working on the issue. Please issue a refund and respond to my email regarding this issue. thank you much

    I’m not having any luck either. I don’t mind the purchase but do expect the tech support for issues that may arise. What program worked for you?
