Why there is an error “Virtual sound card can’t be detected, install it now? Otherwise the program cannot run normally.”

After installing the Apowersoft Screen Recorder, a virtual sound card driver was called “Speakers (Apowersoft_AudioDevice)” will be installed on your computer.The virtual sound card is an important component for recording audio what you hear, so if it was not installed, the program will not run normally.We suggest you to uninstall the Apowersoft Screen Recorder and reboot your computer, and then download the latest version from http://download.apowersoft.com/download.php?softid=screenrecorderpro and reinstall it.

I have tried to film from my web camera but the video comes out choppy with parts pausing and some parts speeding up. I also don’t get the audio on my videos – but I think I can change that. It’s the video quality that is bothering me. What do you suggest can be done about this?

I suggest you to optimize video quality from your webcam you need to address two factors:
1, Quality of the webcam itself
2, Quantity and direction of lighting

Video picture not in sync with audio. Any advice?

1. Click Tools -> Options -> General -> To sync sound to change the Total buffer (e.g.120, the larger is the buffer value, the larger is latency value) and Buffers to a smaller value, and select High priority.

2. Stop all unused applications to returns those resources, because the Apowersoft Screen Recorder need more CPU resources to record video and audio.

Why there is no sound after installing Apowersoft Screen Recorder.

1, Right click on the sound icon in the Notification Area and select ‘Playback devices’.

2, A new window, called Sound, will open. In this window you will usually see the sound devices for playback. Please set the correct default playback (not Speakers (Apowersoft_AudioDevice)).
