    Screen Recording Suite Error

    External component has thrown an exception.

    That was appear when I’m trying to use this software. What should i do?

    Hi! Maybe the problem is when you got your computer fix, they had used Registry Cleaner or system cleaner to clean up your windows registry. In this case, you can reinstall the screen recorder to your computer. If it still fails to work, you can send the software log to our support email: support@apowersoft.com.

    Also getting this error right after I select my window for the screen recorder. Also, a bunch of the options under the pulldown for bitrate and framerate in the “Screen Recording” under Options are no longer there. I also can’t select the output type or codec. Something happened to this software the past 24 hours and has rendered it useless. I paid $50 for licenses and am extremely disappointed because I can’t use it.
