Dear User, which screen recording program you are using? ApowerREC or Apowersoft Screen Recorder Pro? Please plug in the device before launching the program and select the correspondent device name under sound settings. Meanwhile, if you are using it on windows 10, please check the sound settings on your PC and see whether this device is the default one on your system, then right click the default device and choose to check “Properties”, next, uncheck the exclusive mode option and restart the PC. And try out the program again.
