Sync Audio and Video

I got used to Camstudio to create my videos, but the audio is out of sync with the video. I have asked many people about this problem and got some advice, so I was convinced that taking those advice would work, unfortunately, the sync was no better. Does anyone have any ideas why it would be out of sync? Because Camstudio is free, so I do not want to try other software. Or could you please recommend one that is really free?
I’ve been trying to get this to work for days, so I’d be really grateful.

i love the apowersoft free online screen recorder but the sound comes later than the footage for me. please help. i think it might have something to do with my buffer settings

    Hi,
    You can adjust the buffers in Options->General->To sync sound

    To optimize audio transfer, you can vary the buffer and priority:
    1, The total buffering time (in milliseconds) defines how much audio data reserve a device driver will have. The larger is buffering time, the more robust is the transfer, the less is chance of sound interruption due to task switching, disk operations etc. But the larger is the buffering time, the larger is latency value, and the larger is a delay between incoming and outgoing audio data. Typical buffering times are from 200-300 to 1000-2000 ms.
    2, The priority field controls priority of the Audio Repeater process. The higher is priority value, the smoother a process is executing, the less time is rest for another processes. Most processes have Normal priority value, Audio Repeater has Normal value by default. Be careful setting the Real-time priority value because it can cause Windows to freeze.

ceceds directly into recording equipment during performance, I have also filmrd that performance. How do I link the film with the recorded cd to create a dvd

how do i link live recording on a CD with film of that recording performance and create DVD

tried decreasing video recording bitrate to 512 and custom screen area instead of full screen and it worked

    Yes, when decrease bitrate rate, the video won’t take much of CPU, it would be more fluent.

When I record streaming video it looks great until play back. Then my audio and video are out of sync. The audio is faster then the video. Is there a good general setting to start with? Then what should I adjust to tweek it? I was recording at 720 P standard audio quality, 8000 Bitrate and 24 frame rate. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

    Hi, Michael! To solve the audio out of sync issue, you can go to “Settings”->”Options”->”Recording”->”Advanced video settings”, then check “Enable accessible mode” and choose “Performance Priority” before recording.
