Video and audio synchronization in free online screen recorder

After recording any video what I`m getting is the video and audio are not synchronized. The audio is coming couple of seconds late compared to the video. Looking for some solution.

Dear customer,

We have studied your video-audio sync problem, and the following suggestions might help.

1. Go to the “Settings” and click “Recording”. After that, you can change the “Balance” mode in “Video settings” to “Performance Priority” before recording. 

2. Or you can use the built-in Video Editor to adjust the audio sync after recording. To do it, you just need to click “Save” -> “Edit video”, then you will be directed to Video Editor. Click “Edit”->”Adjust”, then adjust the synchronize.

    but it didn’t make any difference.

    but there is no “Edit video” option anywhere. There is only “Save video”, “Upload to the cloud” and “Share”.

    Do you have any other suggestions?
